Lateral Retractor System
Intech’s Lateral MIS Retractor System is thoughtfully designed for pure lateral and antero-lateral approaches to the Spine.
Equipped with a table clamp, bone fixation option, and symmetric or asymetric blade opening, it ensures a secure and tranquil work environment for daily use.
The extensive selection of blade lengths (from 50mm to 210mm) provides a considerable degree of intra-operative flexibility, empowering surgeons to tailor incision size by surgical procedure and by patient.
It also includes all the bells and whistles for enhanced functionality: from sequential dilation with neuromonitoring to in-situ blade nerve monitoring probes. A 4th blade can also be added to the device, to cater to diverse surgical requirements while prioritizing nerve safety.
Last but not least, the Lateral MIS Retractor System retractor offers two lighting options for illumination of the surgical site. Surgeons can choose between reusable light cables or single-use light mats which slide down to the distal end of the radiolucent blades, contributing to an optimal visual environment during procedures.
